What You Are Signing Up For

WarmLead provides a complete AI powered lead generation and response system for your senior living community. Targeted ads bring in inquiries, our AI calls each lead within minutes, and qualified prospects are booked directly onto your tour calendar. The service includes advertising management, AI phone follow up, automated tour booking, custom landing pages, CRM and lead tracking, nurture sequences, reporting, and ongoing optimization.

$2,000 CAD / month per facility

Plus a one time setup fee of $1,000 CAD per facility, due with your first payment

Your first payment will be $3,000 CAD ($2,000 first month + $1,000 setup). All subsequent months are $2,000 CAD per facility.

Plus applicable taxes (HST/GST as required by law). Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms.

Month to month. No long term contract. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. You own your data and it will be exported to you upon termination.
